Grade II listed Building conversion to 7 luxury apartments
This listed House was originally two separate houses when it was originally built in the nineteenth century, however, more recently was used an office. Consisting of 4 floors including a basement, the property achieved full planning permission for conversion to 7 apartments. Benefiting from tall ceilings and feature fireplaces the project also had the usual listing constraints so needed a contractor who would agree to review as the building issues came to light.
Having overcome the major hurdles we assisted in revising the architect’s layouts to improve the sales frequency and value, additionally providing assistance with specification adjustments which brought value engineering and an improved end product.
